Could use a prayer
I know I know when doesn't Katie need a prayer, but today we received a call from our realtor that things are not quite where we had hoped. After being dragged along for past 3 months our buyers are having 2nd thoughts about moving to Utah... and therefore 2nd thoughts about buying the house. Unfortunately it seems all we can do it pray and so I'm asking for everyone help when they get a few minutes of quiet.

My thoughts and prayers will definitely be with you. I feel I can empathize with you in this situation. After our break-in a couple of years ago, we tried to sell our house - to some friends. Well, it was a line of people who needed to sell in order to make all the deals go through. In the end, their buyers backed out at the last minute, which meant they baked out and we lost our down payment on the house we were trying to buy - over $15,000!!! Forgiveness has been a long, hard road - but we are getting there. Over time I have come to trust in the Lord, even in financial transactions and I know things happen for reasons.
Trust in the Lord, things may not always turn out the way you expect, but they will turn out the way they should. Keep your head (and Brian's) up!!! :)

I am sooo sorry. Just when you thought there was a resolution. We will include you in our prayers. Hopefully the final resolution will be soon.
I completely know how you feel about your house, I was just there a few months ago. You are definetely in our prayers.
