Our good friend Erin asked us if we would help her out by making a couple of cakes for her son Tyler's, Eagle court of Honor. Brian and I had so much fun- these were ALOT of work! But it's so much fun to picture something in your head and then have it come to life before you with a little flour, eggs, and of course ALOT of butter!

are those twinkies on the eagle? Now that is my kind of cake! Funny how I was thinking about twinkies right before checking your blog. Now it's like I've gotten my fix and don't need to indulge...YEAH RIGHT!! Now, I just want them more! Oh, btw, looks great!!
