There has definitely been a lot of activity over there lately. As your helpful neighbors, when people come over, we run outside without clothes on and trapse around the yard claiming we are from another planet while chanting unintelligibly, we are totally sure that this is the reason for your success! (you know we are kidding, right...right?)
I so hope for you guys that one of those offers is good. How long do you have to wait?
too funny on the terrible 2's.. they really are soo much fun.. just a few bad moments inbetween all the good ones. We still have tantrums every once in a while in the 3's but it does get much better.. especially when they can talk to you and you can negotiate.
I hear spring is a much more successful time to sell a house- hopefully this time will pan out with no troubles! Although I still wish it were you guys living there...
